Hackney Healthy Schools Programme
As a parent or carer you have an important role to play in shaping childrens’ attitudes towards physical activity, healthy eating and relationships with friends and family. Here are some tips and advice for encouraging your children to keep active, eat healthy and develop their wellbeing.
All schools teach about these topics, so make a point of asking what is being taught or learned at school. The school website may tell you if you don’t want to approach the staff directly.
